Customer Service Rep - Principle job focus is on order taking, customer follow up, record keeping, with some light janitorial. Cross training in basic flat glass and auto glass skills is required, customer service rep will be responsible for on-demand flat glass cutting, and windshield repairs, and to assist with flat glass and auto glass work as needed. Employee must purchase basic flat glass and autoglass tools (may use Employee Tool Purchase Plan).
Flat Glass Tech - Principle job focus is on working with flat glass for doors, windows, and accents, within a home, business, or construction environment. Good driving record a must. Will cross train in Auto Glass repairs, and basic Customer Service. Employee must purchase flat glass tools, and basic autoglass tools (may use Employee Tool Purchase Plan).
Auto Glass Tech - Principle job focus is autoglass repair and replacement. Good driving record a must. Will cross train in Flat Glass and basic Customer Service. Employee must purchase auto glass tools and basic flat glass tools (may use Employee Tool Purchase Plan).
Local Sales Representative - Duties include outside sales to prospective fleet, construction, and referral customers. Salary plus commission compensation. Good understanding of glass repair and replacement, and common terminology is required. Must own reliable vehicle, cell phone, and be able to keep good records.
